Job summary

Insight Global in Toronto is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office roles. You will partner with hiring managers, post openings, and actively source candidates, handling 3–4 roles concurrently while supporting field managers with hiring needs.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong high-volume sourcing, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions, from initial intake through candidate selection.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job openings, and identify qualified candidates.

Manage approximately 3–4 active roles at a time, while supporting field managers with additional hiring needs.

Conduct high-volume sourcing and outreach, with a target of connecting with approximately 20 candidates per day.

Support field managers by coordinating job postings and helping drive their recruitment processes forward.

Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication, coordination, and follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.

Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Hands-on experience with an ATS, with ADP Workforce Now experience

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
