Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in US/Canada IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing techniques using AI, social media, referrals, and boolean search.
• Experience with ATS systems and candidate relationship management.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End recruitment across technical and corporate roles in US/Canada markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
• Deliver engaging candidate experiences and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records in TA dashboards.
