Job summary

Fulfillment IQ, a supply chain engineering and transformation company, seeks a Senior Recruiter in Toronto with 7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. You will own searches end to end for senior architects, consultants, and delivery experts, verify depth beyond resumes, and partner with leadership to meet hard-to-fill needs.

Hybrid work with three days in Toronto, immediate start, permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of full-cycle recruiting in consulting, professional services, supply chain, or enterprise technology, including genuinely hard searches.
• Ability to tell real configuration and delivery depth from a resume and a confident talker.
• Sourcing and selling in a tight specialist market where the best people are employed and not looking.
• Fluency with funnel data: you can see why a search is stuck and act on it.
• Judgment to challenge a practice leader's brief with market reality and hold the line when needed.
• Nice to have: exposure to WMS/OMS/enterprise supply chain ecosystems and related recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own senior and niche searches end to end across implementations and supply chain consulting.
• Verify real configuration and delivery depth yourself so leadership sees signal.
• Diagnose stalled searches from funnel data and adjust strategy.
• Partner with leaders of implementations and consulting practices to challenge briefs with market reality.
• Own the full stack of work including scheduling, ATS hygiene, vendor coordination, and client-facing resume formatting; leverage AI to move fast.
