You will lead full lifecycle recruitment across projects and portfolios, guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process to secure top technical and professional talent.

The role requires extensive direct sourcing, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align talent supply with business demand.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic Talent Acquisition professional with cross‑industry experience.
• Extensive direct sourcing experience and knowledge of sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and build action plans.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across EPCM/engineering/consulting domains.

Responsibilities

• Own full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a broad network to source qualified candidates.
• Coach Hiring Managers through TA processes and value proposition.
• Present robust shortlists combining internal, external, active and passive candidates.
• Promote best practice assessment and selection and ensure quality hires.
