Job summary

Range Group in Toronto, ON is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology & Corporate Recruitment. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across Software Development, QA, Product, Data, IT, and other functions while supporting Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the Downtown Toronto headquarters. Competitive base salary range is CAD 65,000–85,000, with strong pay-for-performance rewards and opportunities to leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment across multiple professional functions.
• Experience recruiting Technology talent across Software, QA, Product, Data, IT.
• Experience recruiting Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, and other corporate roles.
• Strong proactive sourcing; engage passive candidates.
• Manage multiple searches across functions and levels.
• Hire-manager partnership; influence decisions and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and candidate management.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment across Technology & Product, IT & Security, and related disciplines.
• Support hiring across Finance, Marketing & Creative, HR, Strategy, Operations.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies by role and market conditions.
• Source passive talent and build pipelines for specialized roles.
• Conduct structured assessments for technical and cultural fit.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and calibrate profiles.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication.
• Maintain recruitment activity and reporting with the ATS.
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tech to improve efficiency.
