Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Markham, ON with hybrid work flexibility. The role requires delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple portfolios and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to meet business demand.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic Talent Acquisition professional with experience across Search, Agency and In-House roles.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Procurement (EPCM) and Consulting markets.
• Extensive Direct Sourcing skills and knowledge of sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full TA lifecycle for assigned requisitions from requirements to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
• Lead Hiring Manager relationships and coach through the TA process.
• Actively source passive candidates and present balanced shortlists.
• Promote best practice Assessment & Selection and ensure quality hiring decisions.
