Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in full-cycle recruitment, including senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent markets across multiple geographies and industries.
• Experience with ATS configuration, optimization, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and guide leaders in selection and offers.
