Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid role. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, manage high-volume requisitions across multiple business units, and partner with hiring managers to set expectations and drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, excels at stakeholder management, and can influence decisions at all levels.

Senior Recruiter - Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. This is an opportunity for a proactive, results-driven recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions across different business units, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and keep recruitment moving forward. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and confidently providing guidance to hiring managers to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate knows full-cycle recruitment inside and out and brings the confidence and expertise to influence hiring decisions. They are a strong communicator and persuasive partner who can gain buy-in from hiring managers and senior leaders, challenge assumptions when needed, and provide sound advice on recruitment strategies and market conditions. This is not an order-taking role. We need someone who can lead conversations, set expectations, educate stakeholders and confidently recommend the best approach to achieving hiring goals. This exciting opportunity is an addition to the team and is hybrid.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business units and a diverse range of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, providing regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress and potential challenges.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring requisitions are actively managed and hiring managers are kept informed.
• Proactively identify gaps, challenges and bottlenecks in the recruitment process and take appropriate action to resolve or escape issues.
• Educate and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, timelines and process expectations.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates to identify top talent.
• Manage competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Monitor recruitment activity and use results and feedback to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Experience from multi-facet staffing firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues, anticipate challenges and take action without waiting for direction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• The ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across multiple teams and business units.
