Job summary

Knix is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Toronto to bring our brand to life through on-floor leadership and a culture of radical accountability. You will balance sales performance with genuine customer care, coaching teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience from fitting room to sales floor.

You lead from the floor, drive KPIs, and partner with the Store Manager to own the business, optimize operations, and develop sales talent.

Qualifications

• Proven senior retail leadership experience in upscale or fashion brands.
• Strong people leadership with accountability for results.
• Excellent customer service and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives, clienteling, and coaching for needs-based service.
• Influence targets using KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) and pivot team focus as needed.
• Lead floor presence during peak moments to convert opportunities into wins.
• Conduct floor meetings, training, and coaching to ensure alignment on sales, service, and operations.
• Champion a customer-first culture that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat visits.
• Maintain operational excellence with inventory, shipments, and loss-prevention practices.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent with clear growth paths.
• Execute company and marketing initiatives, including in-store events and visual standards.
