Job summary

Knix Wear in Newmarket is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a warm and confident customer experience. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to Knix products that best fit their fit and lifestyle.

In a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, you’ll stay informed on promotions and product lines, maintain floor standards, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets while fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive shopping experience for every customer.

• Stay knowledgeable on current promotions and product assortment.
• Maintain high energy and visual standards on the floor.
• Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty.
