Job summary

Knix in Surrey, Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bring our brand to life on the sales floor, lead a high‑performing team, and drive store results with a customer‑first approach. You will coach, inspire, and develop staff while balancing operations and sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage clienteling and product knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences, mentor team members, and execute company initiatives on visual standards and events.

Qualifications

• Proven senior retail leadership in a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to sales and operations.
• Open and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through clienteling and targeted sales initiatives.
• Lead floor during peak moments and coach team members to maximize sales.
• Use KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to steer daily priorities and outcomes.
• Conduct impactful floor meetings and ongoing training for consistency.
• Champion a customer-first culture and foster repeat visits and loyalty.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, shipments, and loss-prevention practices.
