Job summary

Knix is seeking a dynamic Key Lead to join our Vancouver store team. You will act as leader-on-duty, coach a high-performing staff, and drive store execution according to the Knix selling model to elevate the customer experience.

You will own daily operations, open/close shifts, monitor KPIs such as conversion and AOV, and help set targets while ensuring visuals, inventory, and health and safety standards meet Knix's brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets and core retail metrics (conversion, AOV, UPT).
• Strong interpersonal skills with mentoring and coaching ability.
• Resourceful and proactive with conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & metric targets: meet/exceed store sales goals by driving conversion rate and AOV.
• Empower & develop: coach team using selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Master the Knix Selling Model: apply it on the floor with active listening and genuine recommendations.
• Leadership Excellence: act as leader on duty, manage open/close, huddles, and scheduling.
• Operational Excellence: ensure POS, loss prevention, health & safety compliance.
• Visual Merchandising: keep floors stocked, displays inviting, and execute updates.
• Stock & Inventory: oversee shipments, restocks, counts, and shrink.
