Qualifications

• Proven senior retail leadership with a track record of driving results.
• Experience leading teams in a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and strategize on floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and coach sales associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive KPI targets and sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from fitting room to checkout.
