Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is asset, but you’re great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
• Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit.
• Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions.
• Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels.
• Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty.
