Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is asset, but great with people.
• Great collaborator and team player.
• Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive in-store experience for Knix customers.
• Listen to customers and guide to Knix products for the perfect fit.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support visual standards and operations.
• Escalate issues to the Manager on Duty.
