What will your typical day look like?

As the Senior Specialist, Risk Business Manager you will support the project management activities of a multimillion‑dollar global program, with a particular focus on coordinating cross‑global transformation dependencies, assisting with internal project management, and tracking budget‑related matters.

In this role you will also:
  • Support the identification, mitigation, and resolution of project risks and issues, including coordinating with assigned owners.
  • Support the development and communication of the product vision and strategy in alignment with overall objectives, as directed by the manager.
  • Contribute to defining the product roadmap and help prioritize features based on user feedback, legal and regulatory changes, and business needs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including DevOps, design, deployment, and change‑management—to help define and document requirements.
  • Help monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform data‑driven decisions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and serve as the key point of contact with groups, such as Global and Member‑Firm Risk Leaders and Deloitte Technology, to gather input and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with Global Policy changes, Member‑Firm legal and regulatory requirement changes such as AML, Anti‑Corruption, and Audit & Assurance oversight policies.
  • Support analysis of Salesforce product enhancements for potential integration to improve Paradigm functionality.
  • Support the development of junior product team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications
  • University Degree, PMP certification or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality and risk management field.
  • Project Management experience and skills with demonstrated results.
  • Proven track record delivering complex global technology, change management & process re‑engineering programs, business analysis.
  • Experience in driving processes and implementation improvements in sizeable environments; managing both internal operations and third‑party vendors and partners with a track record of tight delivery around service levels and cost metrics.
  • Experience managing financials and timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones).
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
