The Senior Consultant, Funding and Liquidity Management, is a key member of the Liquidity Solutions Team. Reporting to the Director, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative liquidity reporting solutions, collaborating closely with business units, data teams, and technology partners to facilitate effective and efficient outcomes.

This position involves designing and executing changes to a robust liquidity framework to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. Additionally, the Senior Consultant prepares and presents detailed analysis or reports to senior executives, supporting the bank's liquidity risk framework.

With strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen interest in liquidity management practices, the Senior Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing the bank's liquidity reporting capabilities and aligning with strategic objectives.

Skills and Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk (Market Risk, Credit Risk)
2. Holding or pursuing CFA or FRM designation
3. Understanding of financial terms such as assets, liabilities, repos, etc.
4. Experience in Treasury and Liquidity, Asset Liability Management, or Risk
5. Knowledge of QRM
6. Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and developing automated solutions
7. Experience with SQL or Big Data platforms, with the ability to discuss specific projects
8. Data management and Big Data experience as a Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Developer with a financial background
9. Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for technology
