Senior Recruiting Specialist and Team Lead at Procom

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Data Solution Consultant to support technical data conversion work and solution testing, for Dayforce software modules.

Location: Canada (remote work). Must be eligible for an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1-year+

Responsibilities

• Lead general operation of data for enterprise delivery:
• Work closely with Solution Architect/Oversight and workstream leads to solution and configure Dayforce for data readiness
• Lead and manage data requirements gathering and solution workshops with the client, and solution and design data delivery processes with the data team
• Provide technical oversight for data related requirements as it relates to Dayforce to internal teams and clients
• Provide guidance and support for the Dayforce data conversion process (field mapping, value mapping, system configuration, etc.)
• Provide support to perform required operations for data migration and data load operations
• Assist with performing the technical data conversion and solution testing
• Provide guidance on data related topics including but not limited to:
• Data cleansing
• Data validation

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Dayforce implementation consultant, configuring the application for Core HR and WFM. Experience with Payroll and Benefits modules is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Capable of leading discussions across multiple workstreams and with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and can plan complex, multi-step processes for data conversion, including identifying and planning for dependencies
• Knowledge of generic databases and data integration tools
• Proficiency with SQL and Dayforce databases
