Job summary

TELUS Digital in Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture (Data & AI) to bridge pre-sales strategy and project delivery. You will guide architecture across data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and cloud AI services, shaping scalable data pipelines and ML systems.

You’ll lead engagements, estimate teams and budgets, and ensure solutions align with business goals while adopting modern CI/CD and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with data ecosystems, ML/AI technologies, and AI project delivery.
• Ability to scope data/AI engagements, estimate resources, and manage budgets.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Presale: lead scoping, technical design, and work planning for data/AI capabilities.
• Delivery: lead architecture and discovery projects; design data pipelines, ML models, and MLOps frameworks.
• Subject Matter Expertise: own a technology vertical within Data & AI; platform selection and implementation support.
• Roving Catalyst: provide architectural guidance across teams in data engineering and ML.
