• Experience developing high-performing social teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the firm's social media and influencer strategy.
• Coach and develop a Social Media Senior Associate.
• Lead the internal influencer programme and nurture thought leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data and optimise content and engagement.
