Job summary

PICTON Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media & Sponsorships to build a platform-first content engine and maximize sponsorship impact. You’ll own LinkedIn and YouTube strategies, develop engaging content, and drive integrated campaigns with advisors and investors.

You’ll work with investment professionals and executives to translate complex topics into compelling stories while leading partnerships, measuring ROI, and driving brand growth in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, sponsorship marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and advisor audiences.
• Proven success building platform-native content and sponsorship activations.
• Experience working in regulated environments and compliant content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve LinkedIn and YouTube strategy with channel-specific plans.
• Develop an integrated editorial calendar including thought leadership and sponsorship content.
• Lead content creation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels with SMEs.
• Lead sponsorship activations to maximize awareness and engagement.
• Measure ROI and optimize activation strategies with data and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to produce high-quality content.
