Job summary

HelloFresh Canada is seeking a content leader to advance our brand’s strategy, oversee social media, and craft culture-driven, social-first content. You will shape content across organic and paid channels, guiding creators, partners, and internal teams to drive engagement and demand.

With 3+ years in social/media, you will optimize campaigns, manage calendars, and stay ahead of trends in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media or content marketing.
• Proven experience managing external agencies or creators.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and trends.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with paid social optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic social strategy, content calendar, and channel management for HelloFresh and Chefs Plate; consult on content strategy for Factor Canada.
• Manage external content creation and community management agency, including briefing, approvals, timelines, and performance.
• Identify and champion cultural trends, platform innovations, and creator opportunities to keep brands relevant.
• Partner with internal teams, external creators and influencers to develop social-first content for campaigns and launches.
• Test and develop high-performing organic content for paid social, creating scalable assets for channels.
• Build, manage and optimize campaign structures, audiences, and ad sets within social platforms.
• Measure and report on content performance and use data to optimize future content and channels.
• All other duties as assigned.
