Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, AB seeks a Senior Slot Floor Supervisor to provide senior operational leadership on the Slot Floor, ensuring effective shift execution, guest service and compliance with gaming regulations.

You will mentor Slot Floor Supervisors and Attendants, coordinate with Slot Management, and support scheduling, training and incident response in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment on the Tsuut'ina Nation site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, leadership or related field is an asset.
• 3–5 years of casino or slot operations experience preferred, including supervisory or leadership experience on a gaming floor.
• Strong working knowledge of slot-machine operations, TITO systems, jackpots/hand pays, machine-access controls, gaming-floor procedures and casino operating practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop Supervisors and frontline employees, provide direction and foster a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with email, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn casino management and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior shift leadership for Slot Floor operations and coordinate Supervisors and Attendants.
• Act as escalation point for complex guest concerns, disputes, and hand-pay issues.
• Ensure compliance with AGLC requirements, AML policies and responsible-gambling practices.
• Lead, mentor and develop Slot Floor Supervisors and Attendants through coaching and training.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage planning, payroll review and performance evaluations.
