S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the enterprise technology group, focusing on ServiceNow CSDM, ITAM, and CMDB.

You will work across business, technology, data governance, and service-management teams to define requirements and improve data quality. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of BA experience in financial services or large enterprises, with strong ServiceNow, ITAM/CMDB, and data governance expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprises or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ServiceNow experience focused on ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives.
• Experience with data governance tools and platforms (Informatica, Collibra, Purview, Alation).
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into data governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the enterprise implementation and adoption of ServiceNow CSDM with a focus on ITAM, CMDB, and service data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology & Operations to map processes, assets, and data relationships.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements for ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM projects.
• Document relationships between business services, applications, CIs, IT assets, and infrastructure.
• Assess current CMDB and asset data for gaps and quality issues; define future-state data structures and governance models.
• Partner with data governance teams to establish data definitions, ownership, stewardship, lineage, metadata, and standards.
