Job summary

Kinectrics is seeking a Section Manager, Structural Integrity in Toronto to lead a specialized team of engineers and designers focused on stress analysis for nuclear and conventional piping systems. The role reports to the Director, Site Engineering and Analysis and requires 8+ years of nuclear experience and strong project leadership.

Based in our Toronto office, you will drive technical oversight, ensure timely, within-budget delivery, and mentor staff while collaborating with multiple groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PEO status or eligible.
• 8+ years of relevant nuclear stress analysis and design experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
• Familiarity with CSA N285, CSA N289 and ASME/NB standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stress analysis activities for client projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
• Manage portfolio of stress analysis work within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with design, testing and project management groups.
• Ensure QA through Nuclear QA Standards and HU tools.
