Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth across our organization. The role requires a technical or engineering background and 5–7+ years of sales experience in custom automation or engineered-to-order solutions.

You will lead the full sales lifecycle, nurture relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions. Travel up to 30–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience in custom automation, engineered systems, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of closing complex, technical sales opportunities.
• Experience within Automation (service) related markets.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, pursue, and close complex custom automation and engineered system opportunities.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity development through contract negotiation and project handoff.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and application teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed revenue targets.
