Engineering Search Firm Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive automation solutions across North America.

You will manage key accounts, build strategic relationships, and lead complex deals from discovery to closure. Daily activities include coordinating with engineering and project management teams, creating quotations, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s automation footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in selling Automated Systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the Industrial Automation market in North America.
• Established network of business contacts and customers within the Industrial Automation market in North America.
• Experience in developing, negotiating, and implementing complex sales opportunities that result in long-term customer partnerships.
• Willingness and ability to travel within US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Review active opportunities daily and align with internal engineering and project management teams to prioritize outreach.
• Prepare quotations and refine concepts with the technical team to ensure proposals match customer expectations.
• Develop strategic account plans, research market activity, and identify new areas to expand the company’s value.
• Create demand for the company’s services with new and existing customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Refine and continuously develop the sales process and build strong relationships to help customers succeed with automation.
