Job summary

Wagepoint, a Canadian payroll software company, is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to act as the analytical engine for the Revenue Operations team. You will own reporting, models, and definitions used by Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to drive spending decisions.

You’ll connect data across GTM systems, build reliable dashboards, and apply AI to speed up insights. You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar GTM ops role in SaaS/high-growth.
• Experience managing projects across multiple business systems with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills to solve ambiguous problems using data.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration, reporting, and CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for structured data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboards across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Analyze GTM performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Build and maintain spreadsheet models supporting commission tracking, pipeline analysis, forecasting, capacity planning, and CRM data reconciliation.
• Pull and connect data across GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong) to provide a single view of the business, ensuring data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI, and help GTM adopt new capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional Revenue Operations initiatives including CRM improvements, reporting enhancements, process redesigns, and system implementations.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs to improve consistency and scalability across the business.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and leadership to improve data quality and decision-making.
