Job summary

Jobgether partners with a Canada-based company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First). You will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, building AI-enabled workflows that scale finance processes while validating AI outputs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, G&A, Accounting, and Data teams in a remote-first environment, shaping the future of FP&A with data-driven insights and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of FP&A or comparable analytical finance role with recurring financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate finance work.
• Ability to identify when AI outputs may be incorrect and know when human analysis is required.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows via prompting, scripting, automation, or integrating AI with financial data sources.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business or understanding subscription economics.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for structured, repeatable analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP, planning, and BI tools like NetSuite, Cube, QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled FP&A workflows for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and board metrics.
• Design and maintain AI agents, prompts, templates, and documentation for reliable outputs.
• Manage annual budgeting and recurring forecast updates with department inputs.
• Maintain and enhance financial models covering revenue, expenses, headcount, and scenarios.
• Analyze customer, product, and segment profitability and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain BI reports and trusted data sources for consistent analytics.
