Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the Revenue organization. You will optimize GTM processes, improve technology ecosystem, and build AI-ready systems enabling Revenue teams to perform at their best.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to automate processes and ensure seamless customer and revenue lifecycles. This role emphasizes data integrity, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
Experience owning, implementing, and optimizing Revenue technology and GTM systems (CRM, CI, sales engagement, payment platforms).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated experience with AI-powered GTM tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Optimize Revenue processes and systems across the customer lifecycle.
Design and optimize workflows, processes, and data flows.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using existing tech and integrations.
Build and maintain automations, routing, notifications, and system-based solutions.
Partner with Revenue leaders to understand needs, gather feedback, test solutions, and measure outcomes.
Maintain data integrity and ensure AI-ready data for Revenue initiatives.
