Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients in a professional capacity.
• 3 years managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies (preferred).
• 2 years of project management experience in a complex, matrixed organisation (preferred).
• 1 year of leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience with Google Ads, including campaign management, performance advertising, and search/YouTube advertising (preferred).
• Data and analytics proficiency with a solid understanding of marketing measurement and decision-making (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client meetings to engage and influence key customer stakeholders, uncovering marketing goals and KPIs.
• Translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies aligned with each advertiser's ambitions.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions that maximise customer value through Google's advertising solutions, handle objections, and achieve sales growth targets.
• Analyse campaign data to ensure performance is tracked and measurable results are delivered.
• Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying opportunities to drive future growth and build pipeline.
