Qualifications

DIRECT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Over 3 years as restoration labour with proven skills
At least 1 year as restoration labour crew lead
Experience using industry software for job site documentation
References required
Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

Work on water, fire, and mold restoration projects for residential and commercial properties
Lead crew on-site and coordinate tasks during projects
Perform hazardous material removal when required
Pack out and move belongings and property as part of job site workflow
Conduct final post-construction cleaning and site restoration
