Job summary

MIKE'S DAMAGE CONTROLER INC. is seeking an experienced restoration labour crew lead to manage on-site crews on residential and commercial projects in Ottawa, Ontario. Applicants should have proven restoration experience, strong leadership, and the ability to document site progress using industry software.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required for field assignments. Join a team that handles water, fire, and mold remediation, hazardous material removal, and post-construction

Qualifications

• DIRECT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Over 3 years as restoration labour with proven skills
• At least 1 year as restoration labour crew lead
• Experience using industry software for job site documentation
• References required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Work on water, fire, and mold restoration projects for residential and commercial properties
• Lead crew on-site and coordinate tasks during projects
• Perform hazardous material removal when required
• Pack out and move belongings and property as part of job site workflow
• Conduct final post-construction cleaning and site restoration

Experience requirements

• Must have over 3 years experience as restoration labour and proven skills


• Must have at least 1 year experience as restoration labour crew lead


• Must have experience using industry software for job site documentation


• Must have references


• Driver's licence required with clean record

Working Conditions

• Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30


• On-call rotation once every 4 weeks
