Job summary

FirstOnsite Restoration is seeking a hands-on Labourer in Ontario to join our crew. You’ll work with experienced teammates at customer sites, loading equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and assisting with demolition and cleanup as needed.

You will learn restoration processes for water and fire damage, gain practical skills, and contribute to project progress while upholding safety standards on every site visit.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hand and power tools and proper use.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and basic apps.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Clear communication and positive team attitude.
• Valid full G driver's license and clean abstract.
• Ability to pass fit tests and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Load the FIRST ONSITE truck and travel to customer sites.
• Clear debris, set up equipment, and assist with demolition and cleanup.
• Learn from seasoned teammates and contribute to safer, neater job sites.
• Support projects to keep them on track and customers satisfied.
