Gilder Search Group seeks a Senior Project Manager – Damage Restoration for our Ottawa branch. You will lead branch operations, manage Project Managers, Restoration Technicians and admin staff, and drive profitability while maintaining high-quality restoration standards.

Responsibilities include building strong client and insurer relationships, and preparing monthly performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in the Damage Restoration industry with focus on water and fire damage restoration.
• Proven management skills and excellent communication skills.
• IICRC certifications in WRT, FSRT and MRS.
• Experience using restoration management software.
• Valid G Drivers Licence.

Senior Project Manager – Damage Restoration

Location: Ottawa, ON

Salary: $130K-$150K base + Commission + Benefits, +RRSP program+ Vehicle

Come join a leading disaster mitigation and property restoration organization with over 60 years in the business. They restore properties affected by fire, water, and other disaster related events and are currently hiring for a well experienced damage restoration Senior Project Manager /Branch Manager to head up their Ottawa team.

About This Role

You will be responsible for all Operations of the Branch and will oversee Project Managers, Assistant PM’s, Restoration Technicians and admin staff.

Establish, build, service and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and insurance professional

Ensure all restoration work is completed to the highest quality standards

Lead the Branch to be profitable and sustainable

Prepare monthly performance reports for Senior Management including action plans on findings

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in the Damage Restoration industry with a focus on water and fire damage restoration
• Proven management skills and excellent communication skills
• IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke restoration (FSRT) and Mold Remediation (MRS)
• Experience using restoration management software
• Valid G Drivers Licence
