Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in proposal coordination, proposal development, or pursuit management within construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, edit, and tailor proposal content from SME input.
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices, compliance, and submission processes.
• Advanced proficiency with InDesign and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, production, and submission of complex proposals, qualifications, and pursuit deliverables.
• Develop and oversee proposal schedules, matrices, and compliance materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor or guide junior proposal professionals and support team knowledge sharing.
