Job description

Bid Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join a global systems integrator in Canada. This role involves managing the entire proposal process, ensuring compliance with RFPs, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Base pay range

CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop content for proposals
2. Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and strategy sessions
3. Ensure proposals are compliant and meet high-quality standards
4. Review and edit proposal materials
5. Develop proposal strategies and win themes
6. Coordinate with various departments for proposal input
7. Maintain proposal schedules and deadlines
8. Provide training and mentorship on proposal best practices

Requirements:

1. Must be currently based in Canada
2. 3-5 years of experience in proposal management
3. Strong project management and communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
5. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
6. Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
8. APMP certification is an asset
