Join to apply for the Proposal Manager (Temporary) (Manager Level) role at ERM.

ERM is seeking a Proposal Manager (Temporary June 2025-January 2026) to be part of our North America Marketing & Proposal Team. The role involves collaborating with Partners, sellers, and Key Client Account Directors across multiple industries to prepare high-impact proposals that articulate ERM’s value proposition. The successful candidate will lead the proposal process from start to finish, working primarily remotely with diverse technical professionals across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration: Work with consultants across North America to manage the proposal process from receipt of RFP to submission, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, etc.).
2. Proposal Management: Prepare formal response plans for large RFPs, oversee all aspects of proposal preparation, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Presentations: Support pursuit teams in developing PowerPoint presentations, facilitate strategy meetings, and coordinate graphics development.
4. Material Management: Maintain a proposal material database on SharePoint/Marketing Server, including project experience and staff resumes.
5. Branding: Ensure compliance with company branding standards and guidelines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in a professional services or consultancy setting.
• Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and management.
• Ability to lead and complete RFP/RFI responses from start to finish.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, editing, and templating.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, client portals like PowerAdvocate and Ariba, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
