EllisDon's Project Advisory & Management (PAM) division seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team. You will direct planning, execution, and commercial administration of ICI and major building projects from initiation through close‑out, ensuring safety, time, scope, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in construction, strong contract administration, and advanced scheduling skills with MS Project/Primavera P6, in Ontario,

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing commercial, industrial or institutional projects in Canada.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience administering Canadian contracts (CCDC 2) and full change‑order lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code and Ontario Construction Act.
• Ability to read and challenge CPM schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Strong cost-control discipline and governance reporting.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead PAM project management team across projects, assigning work and coaching staff.
• Set standards for project controls, documentation, and reporting.
• Act as owner's representative with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of ICI/major building projects.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and change management processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery within scope and budget.
