Job summary

EllisDon Corporation in Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, coordinating with the Superintendent and stakeholders.

The role requires a construction related degree/diploma and 10+ years of experience, with design-build delivery knowledge, strong client relations, and ability to mentor a large team. Salary ranges from CAD 170,000 to 185,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Construction degree/diploma and 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in design-build/construction management delivery models/contracts.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software.
• Ability to mentor and delegate to a large team while maintaining client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractors.
• Meet with Owners, Architects and other Stakeholders and communicate concerns and best interests of the company.
• Monitor, interpret and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow.
• Submit project reports to Area Manager and escalate risks as needed.
