Job summary

EllisDon Corporation in Canada is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and change management on advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, or life sciences projects.

Reporting to the Construction Manager / Project Director, you will drive EAC, EV analyses, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts, build WBS and CBS structures, and ensure data quality across systems while guiding stakeholders to informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, planning on large construction or industrial projects.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Finance.
• Experience developing forecasts and providing insights for decision-making.
• Proficiency with EVM, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project forecasting (EAC, EV, variances) and risk/opportunity identification.
• Implement EV-based reporting and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and owner submissions.
• Lead change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create WBS and CBS structures and ensure data quality and traceability.
