We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our development team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of dynamic, scalable web applications. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end architecture using modern frameworks.

Design responsive, interactive web interfaces and user experiences.

Build and manage robust back-end systems, APIs, and services.

Create and maintain servers and databases for performance and security.

Ensure mobile compatibility and cross-platform responsiveness.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate visual elements.

Lead and manage full project life cycles from conception to deployment.

Act as technical lead on projects, contributing to architecture and strategy.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Front-End Development:

Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Back-End Development:

Proficiency in Node.js for scalable server-side applications.

Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS (preferred).

Database Management:

Experience with relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.

Database design, optimization, and data integrity management.

Development Tools & Practices:

Version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

Mid-Level: 2–3 years of full stack development experience.

Senior-Level: 5+ years of full stack experience including leadership of end-to-end project delivery and technical decision-making.

This position has a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 CAD
