The impact you will have: As an Identity and Messaging Consultant, you will advise clients on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration solutions, ensuring a seamless and valuable IT experience. You will support deployment projects, mentor team members, and stay updated on technological trends.

What you’ll do:

• Support and collaborate on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policies, administration, and user training.
• Work with internal teams, end-users, and vendors on MS Teams installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, adhering to SLAs.
• Mentor and develop Engineers and Technicians, guiding their technical and soft skills.
• Function as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, managing complex solutions for clients.
• Pursue relevant certifications and training for Microsoft 365, Exchange, Quest, and Bit Titan solutions.

• Engage in a highly visible customer-facing role, supporting detailed Statements of Work.
• Stay informed on new trends and technology updates, continuously refining your skills.
