ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Professional Services Manager is responsible for the recruiting, management and career development of production consulting staff, for ensuring quality services delivery in all consulting engagements, and for revenue growth of new services and license business opportunities in the assigned region. Candidates will also be able to oversee and bill their time associated with the eventual deployment of the solution at the customer site.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing regional P&L
  • Provide support, both tactical and strategic, in achieving district product sales quota
  • Manage Production resources
  • Promote production and presales best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Responsible for recruiting and growth of the consulting organization at the regional level
  • Responsible for staff/account management, prioritization and forecasting
  • Coordinate with regional sales management and consulting management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Support and implement regional and corporate initiatives
  • Develop and maintain world-class consulting processes and personnel
  • Provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact with Production Consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management, Technical Services
  • Oversee and bill 50% of their time toward the successful deployment and implementation of our client’s solution at customer sites

Job Requirements:

  • Technical education (BS, MS) preferred
  • 5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience at the Region/ District level
  • 3-5 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experience
  • Prior experience in systems integration consulting or software/ hardware vendor services
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales
  • Ability to excel in a team environment
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
  • Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, develop and retain project-based employees
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and maintain career development and project delivery programs
  • Understanding of core Business Intelligence/ Datawarehousing technology: RDBMS, Web- Client/ Server, OLAP

Nice to Have:

Experience with RDBMS, datawarehousing, analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) including any experience with any data warehousing or BI tools (e.g., Cognos, Informatica, Hyperion, SAS, Business Objects, Information Builders (IBI), Generation5, Angoss, Peregrine, g5, SPSS, Teradata, MicroStrategy, Netezza, ODESIA etc).
