About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our U.S. Infusion team. Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of customer implementations and services projects. This is a key individual contributor role focused on guiding both internal and external stakeholders through critical project milestones while ensuring value-driven outcomes.
Lead customer discovery phases, including project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and training
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Support project delivery through to go-live, ensuring scope and timelines are met
Deliver data-driven consulting based on industry and segment best practices
Collaborate with Account Managers on post-stabilization transitions and upsell opportunities
Support and mentor implementation specialists across projects
Contribute to the development of repeatable and scalable services offerings
Provide feedback and coaching to junior team members involved in your projects
Stay up to date on internal processes and compliance requirements
4+ years of experience in SaaS consulting/implementations
2+ years of leadership across complex external projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Health Sciences)
Strong understanding of the AlayaCare platform or the U.S. home health care industry is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present to stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability and project management discipline
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
Willingness to travel as needed
AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model. Employees are expected to have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. For this position, the preferred candidate location is within the Greater Toronto Area.
