The impact you will have:

Our Consultant will design, deploy, and optimize Cisco Unified Communications solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation across UC platforms including CUCM, Unity, Call Center Express, Expressway, and Webex. You will work with project managers, systems engineers, and customers to deliver quality solutions, including documentation and knowledge transfer. You will also support pre-sales activities such as requirements gathering, technical design, and reviewing Statements of Work.

What you'll do:

1. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to assess business needs and design tailored Cisco UC solutions.
2. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on Cisco UC solutions, including best practices, system optimization, and integration with other technologies.
3. Deliver complete technical project solutions for customers.
4. Assist in scoping and project planning for complex Professional Services projects.
5. Focus on building strong client relationships, including organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Have knowledge of industry standards and IT Service Delivery concepts, with the ability to design and implement robust Cisco UC collaboration solutions.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in voice administration focusing on Cisco technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications, including CUCM, Unity, UCCX, Cube, Expressway, and Webex Solutions.
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration) are required.
• Experience with design, configuration, and implementation of MS Teams and Cisco UC is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex VoIP issues such as call failures, registration issues, codec mismatches, and QoS problems.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs (call manager traces, SIP debugs, syslog, packet captures) to identify root causes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality solutions.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving technologies.
• Travel up to 30% expected.
