Job summary

Grey is a fast-growing remote fintech company seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end to end as a hands-on contributor. You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineers, designers, data, marketing and compliance to ensure success.

You will manage metrics and unit economics, run experiments (A/B tests) and use AI daily to multiply your output, while aligning priorities with partners, growth, support and leadership across a borderless customer base.

Qualifications

• Own roadmap tied to clear business outcomes such as revenue, retention or margin.
• Run product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration using customer insight and data.
• Own the unit economics of what you build: model contribution margin per user or per transaction.
• Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, and act on the results.
• Set metrics with Amplitude and Metabase; track results and decide what to build, fix or stop.
• Use AI tools to multiply your output: research, analysis, specs, prototyping and decision-making.
• Collaborate with partners, compliance, support, growth and leadership to align priorities.

Responsibilities
