Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Product Manager to lead payments initiatives across travel and subscription models. You will own the MAT’s planning and day-to-day execution, partner with Head of Payments, and influence routing, authorization, and 3DS decisions across the organization.

Ideal candidates blend extensive product management with fintech know-how, data fluency, and strong cross-functional collaboration, delivering end-to-end features and expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including 1+ year on payments/fintech/billing products.
• Knowledge of modern payments stack: gateways, processors, tokenization, alt payment methods.
• Understanding of one-time payment mechanics or recurring billing mechanics.
• Track record of shipping features end to end with engineering.
• Strong writing of requirements and disciplined scoping.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the payments roadmap and prioritize the MAT backlog.
• Write PRDs and business requirements for engineering teams.
• Lead the payments MAT day-to-day, coordinate planning and rituals, be the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Drive delivery by sequencing work, removing blockers, and managing scope with leadership.
• Improve routing and authorization performance through experiments and analysis.
• Support market-entry research for new markets in partnership with Head of Payments.
• Use data to improve performance and write monthly payments reports for Finance.
• Track industry and regulatory changes and flag their roadmap impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
