Job summary

Brim Financial is seeking a Director of Product – Payment & Cards to define the product vision and drive execution for our Payments and Cards platform, including credit, prepaid, and cross-border products. You will lead the product org, partner with executives, and ensure high-quality delivery across product lines and B2B implementations.

This role requires deep payments expertise and a track record of scaling products, platforms, and teams in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product leadership experience in payments and card issuing (US & Canada).
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, tokenized payments, and settlement.
• Experience with payment rails, money movement, and APIs; strong technical fluency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across payment products with on-time, scalable releases.
• Define routing to optimize cost and speed of transactions.
• Pilot stablecoin settlement as an alternative to traditional rails.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Treasury and engineering to evolve product architecture.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Ops, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Own product performance KPIs, revenue impact, and portfolio growth.
• Shape pricing and go-to-market strategy for Payments & Cards offerings.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team.
