Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cross Platform Experience, to own horizontal product responsibility and stitch member experience across platforms, business units, and channels. Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery with a focus on scalable, enterprise-wide outcomes.

You will drive platform ecosystem partnerships, align roadmaps with senior leaders, and oversee cross-functional integration efforts while measuring adoption and satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of Digital Product Management experience across multiple platforms or business units.
University degree or higher in business/technical/quantitative field; master's preferred.
Ability to prepare and present concise memos and recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong communication skills to translate complex topics into business narratives.
Proven relationship-building with senior leaders and external partners.
Experience scaling services from 0 to 1 to enterprise adoption across platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of a unified member experience across platforms and lines of business.
Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Manage delivery risks and align priorities with senior leaders.
Coordinate platform ecosystem and partner integrations to ensure seamless experiences.
Co-lead enterprise roadmap planning with cross-functional leaders.
Define KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement and leadership updates.
